You will receive a proof via email before we begin production. Please review carefully — once you approve the design, we will move forward with printing exactly as shown.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless the product arrives physically damaged (such as broken, chipped, or misprinted against the approved proof).
📩 If there is an issue, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
